One of the largest investments that people can make is a home for their family. A proper inspection by a Certified Professional Inspector ensures that you have made a sound purchase decision.

A home inspection is a non invasive visual examination of the major systems and structure, both inside and outside of your home. Included in the inspection are electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems.

Additionally, it will be determined if there are any structural defects, broken or obsolete components and/or damage due to water and other conditions.

All major areas of the home are examined for you with an eye for any problems past, present or future.

Know what you're buying!

Everyone has seen the cruddy looking stuff that grows in the corners of their bathtub or shower. That is mold.

Now imagine it growing unfettered in the walls and ceilings of a home where it cannot be seen. All that is needed to grow mold is moisture or excessive humidity and warmth. It can grow almost anywhere and can be toxic to humans and pets. It does not go away on its own.

A thorough mold inspection will identify problems if they exist in your home or in the air in your home.

Poor indoor air quality can cause a myriad of health problems including symptoms that are cold and flu like, constant sneezing, coughing or breathing problems and headaches.

These and other unexplained health issues can be can be attributed to poor indoor air quality. Should my air be tested?

Air quality testing is an easy and unobtrusive way to find hidden and unseen health hazards within a home. Air quality issues can include mold, radon gas, biologicals, carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, pesticides, asbestos and lead.

So yes, you should always be aware of what’s in the nature of the air in your home. After all you can change the air but you can’t change your lungs.
