A home inspection is a non invasive visual examination of the major systems and structure, both inside and outside of your home. Included in the inspection are electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems.
Additionally, it will be determined if there are any structural defects, broken or obsolete components and/or damage due to water and other conditions.
All major areas of the home are examined for you with an eye for any problems past, present or future.

Everyone has seen the cruddy looking stuff that grows in the corners of their bathtub or shower. That is mold.
Now imagine it growing unfettered in the walls and ceilings of a home where it cannot be seen. All that is needed to grow mold is moisture
or excessive humidity and warmth. It can grow almost anywhere and can be toxic to humans and pets. It does not go away on its own.
A thorough mold inspection will identify problems if they exist in your home or in the air in your home.

So yes, you should always be aware of what’s in the nature of the air in your home. After all you can change the air but you can’t change your lungs.
